Delivery Policy
Forever Gift Notes sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped by mail, and there are no shipping fees.
How you receive your song
Your finished song is delivered by email to the address used at checkout, as a downloadable link that includes:
- An MP3 audio file of your song
- The full lyrics
- Additional files included in your package (if any)
Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see our email. You can download your files as many times as you need within 90 days, and we can resend them at any time on request.
Delivery times
Delivery time is counted from the moment we receive your completed story details (not just the payment):
- Basic: within 7 days
- Premium: within 3 days
- Express: within 24 hours
Optional animated videos are delivered after you approve your song: the Animated Lyric MV within 3 days of approval and the Story Film + MV within 5 days of approval.
If any detail is missing or unclear, we will email you, and the delivery clock pauses until we hear back.
Holiday deadlines
During busy periods (for example Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) we publish order-by dates on our website. Orders placed after those dates may not arrive before the holiday unless you choose Express. For Christmas, order by Dec 17 (Basic), Dec 21 (Premium) or Dec 23 (Express).
Wrong email address
If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact support@forevergiftnotes.com with your order number and we will send your song to the correct address.
