This website is operated by Forever Gift Notes, a brand of TETO EMPIRE LLC, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

We create personalized songs based on the information you provide (names, memories, occasion, music style). Each song is reviewed and finalized by our team before delivery. Videos on our website and ads may be dramatizations.

2. Your order and the information you provide

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • You confirm that you have the right to share the names, stories and any material you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Please do not send copyrighted lyrics or melodies from existing songs. We cannot reproduce existing songs or imitate the voice of a specific real artist.
  • We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that includes hateful, harassing, sexual, illegal or defamatory content, or content about a person used without their consent.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include no shipping fees. Payment is taken at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Delivery, revisions and refunds

Delivery times, revisions and refunds are described in our Delivery Policy and Refund & Revision Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. License to use your song

When your order is complete, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your song: you may play it, gift it, share it with family and friends, and post it on your personal social media accounts. You may not sell it, use it in advertising, upload it to streaming or distribution platforms, or register it with content-ID systems without our written permission. We may use short excerpts of songs to show examples of our work only if you give us permission.

6. Privacy

We use your story details only to create and deliver your song and to support your order. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event caused by an incorrect email address provided by you.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
